MARKO Foam is a Californian company that produces molded polystyrene foam bars for the surfboard market. World leader in this activity, it now offers a wide choice of models, all produced thanks to its ecological and high-pressure molding process which allows tight balls, a resistant and durable material, 100% recyclable.

Today, we offer you the benefit of this know-how without common measure with the "blocks" of expanded polystyrene that are offered to you today on the market.
The advantages of a molded EPS blank:
- much better fusion between each of the balls making up the blank;
- a uniform material free of black balls and other waste...;
- a blank which, due to a tighter fusion of the balls, accepts the "suction cup" attachment of certain "preshape" machines;
- a much more homogeneous and much better controlled density (by default 30.44 kg/m3)
- less waste than a block, during the shaping stage;
- a clean and smooth finish, thus avoiding having to coat the finished shape;
- the blocks are designed for building trades, while the blanks are specifically designed for the production of your surfboards! Take advantage of MARKO Foam technology for the manufacture of your future high-performance boards and for all your achievements in epoxy!
