There is no question of scanning, copying and reproducing board models that you might have enjoyed on the corner of a store or in a shaper's rack.
The "Shape" is also entitled to the protection of the rights of its author, in the same way as all works.
Do not look in our catalog for replicas of "Retro Twin", "Round Nosefish", "Fred Rubble", "Wombat", or other "Hypto Krypto"...
The selection of pre-shape models that we offer is intended to be relatively generalist and democratic both in the dimensions and in the models, so as to offer you a clean and refined work base on which you will take care of come and bring your personal touch: the one that makes our passion an artistic profession!

Single Retro - Preshape
Pre-shaped foam (need to be finished to shape/glass) The Single retro is board inspired from the 80's which works in medium and clean waves. Bely on the nose to Vee on the tail with boxy rails to keep a smooth flow.

Retro Fish - Preshape
Pre-shaped foam (need to be finished to shape/glass) The Retro Fish is a board which works from 2' to 5' waves. The rocker is flat but there is a little tail kick to make shorter turns. Medium rails and simple to double concave bottom shape.

Shortboard Fish - Preshape
The round fish shortboard is a good surfboard for small to medium waves regarding the round and the wide outline. The flat rocker and the Vee to double concave to concave to Vee bottom shape makes the board fast and fun. Available with round or square tail.

Modern Twin - Preshape
Pre-shaped foam (need to be finished to shape/glass) The modern Twin is performant surfbard which is surfed in twin set up plus a stabiliser central fin. The medium rocker with concave to double concave vee bottom shape and modern rails makes the board really good in different kind of conditions.

Our catalog of pre-shape models is therefore a selection of models or our own creations, respecting our vision of the profession, and made up as follows:
- models from the "public database" offered by participants in the Shape 3D software library: the "Shape3d Warehouse" [ http://www.shape3d.com/warehouse/Default.aspx ] ;< /li>
- models created by us, generalists, democratic and "generous": performance shortboard, modern fish or retro fish, egg, malibu, performance or classic longboard, SUP... to which you can adjust your ratings;
- models created specifically for you by our partner shapers, who have agreed to make preshape models available to you which, from their point of view, will perfectly suit the needs of an "amateur" clientele looking to discover and work as a shaper.

Pre-shaped foam (need to be finished to shape/glass) The Bonzer is a sportive surfboards which works in 3' to 10' waves. Different set up way available (Twin, Bonzer 3, Bonzer 5). Vee on the nose to two deep bonzer channels with medium rails to make a really challenger board.

Pre-shaped foam (need to be finished to shape/glass) The Hybride is a round shape which could be surf in a lot of different waves condtions. The soft tail lift and the nose vee to the tail double concave make the board easier to turn.

Why we are working on quote
In case you would like to send us your own Shape 3d machining file, additional tasks will be imposed on us:
- check the quality of the attached file, and if necessary make any necessary improvements for the cut;
- choose from our racks the foam block that best suits your project;
- evaluate the number of passes required for our machine to achieve the expected result, and consequently evaluate the time required for the cut.
All of this therefore requires that we provide you with a personalized quote.

Pre-shaped foam (need to be finished to shape/glass) The Pig longboard has a lower wide point and a deep spoon to noseride easily. The retro shape with a vee on the tail and a 50-50 rails allow you to make all classic longboard maneuvers in small to medium waves.

To make the cuts of your foam blocks, we have a reference machine in this field: the essential KKL.
Our digital machine allows us to provide you with extremely precise work, as close as possible to the exact dimensions of your model. The work of the rails is also much neater than on competing machines.
We also have if necessary, and on request and estimate:
- a 3D scanner allowing you to model your own creations, with a view to future cuts;
- Training in the use of Shape 3D software, to help you design your next board.
